Administrator and processing of data

- The administrator manages the service awcsports.com hereinafter referred to as the Service.
- Personal data means information about a person specified or determinable by means of data available to the Service, including Device IP, location data, email address, User data and data storage mechanisms available from the browser level on the User’s device.
- Providing data to the. Service Provider is voluntary but required to execute a contract for the provision of electronic services.
- GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
- Any person using the Service is considered a User.
- When registering on the Service, Users must provide the data required to create an Account. In this process, the User may also provide additional data, which he or she may change at any time.

Basis for processing of data by the Administrator

- performance of the contract for the provision of services specified in the Regulations (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);
- fulfilment of the legal obligation (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.c RODO);
- analysis of Users’ activity in order to improve the services provided (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);
- marketing (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);
- pursuing or securing of claims (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO)
- Service activity and user data may be stored in system logs. The collected data is processed as part of the provision of services. It can also be processed by the Administrator in order to secure the correct operation of the Service.
Term of processing of data
- Processing of data takes place while the Service is being provided or the order is being processed – until the consent is withdrawn.
- Processing of data may be extended if it is required to establish and assert claims, or defend against them. After that, only until the time required by law. At the conclusion of that period all data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
Entities having access to data
- For the full implementation of Services, personal data may be transferred to external entities such as payment operators, banks, entities providing accounting, legal, auditing and consulting services.
- In the case of User’s consent his or her data may be shared for marketing purposes.

User’s rights
- User has access to his or her data, may obtain a copy of it, has the right to edit, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to data processing on the basis of the Administrator’s own interests or to processing for direct marketing purposes, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (if the processing is based on consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The right to edit data applies to a User who has an account on the Service.
- The User has the right to delete his or her account from the Service.
- To delete an account, the User must send a message titled “Account Cancellation” to the address info@awcsports.com . The message must be sent from the email address that is assigned to the Account on the Service. Canceling the Account does not mean deleting the personal data.
- If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR or other provisions regarding the protection of personal data, the person who is the subject of such data may submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- An application regarding the exercise of data subjects’ rights may be submitted in writing or by email to the Administrator’s contact details indicated below or directly to the Data Protection Officer.
- The application should, if possible, indicate the nature of the request precisely. In particular, what entitlement the person submitting the application may want to use and what process of application the request concerns.
- If based on the application the Administrator is not be able to determine the content of the request or identify the person submitting the application, it will ask the applicant for additional information.
- Answers will be made within one month of receipt. If it is necessary to extend this deadline, the Administrator will inform the applicant about the reasons for such extension.
- The answer will be given to the e-mail address from which the application was sent, and in the case of applications sent by post, by ordinary mail to the address indicated by the applicant, unless the applicant wishes receive a reply to the e-mail address (if such e-mail address has been provided).
